This is supposed to be drawn by Gwen, who is secretly Wendy but Peter doesn't know that. She doesn't colour in "Wendy" so that Peter won't figure out that Wendy is Gwen. Peter knows that Wendy is supposed to have a romantic relationship with him but he doesn't know she's Gwen. It's really confusing. If you need a better explination, note me.
